Chef Rory's Background:
Chef Rory Gillett started cooking 22 years ago at Glen Eyrie Conference Center. Since then, he has worked for a wide variety of venues including The Broadmoor Golf Club and Tavern restaurants, Macaroni Grill, Bambino's and Focus on the Family to name a few. Chef Rory was trained in culinary arts at the "Art Institute" in Denver and has worked as the Garde Manger (Cold foods) Chef at the Antlers hotel, as the executive chef at First Pres. Church in Colo. Springs, and also at Trail West Camp in Buena Vista, CO. Chef Rory is married to Jane w/ 3 kids, Zac 20, Veronica 16, and their surprise Matthew 6. He is currently living in Buena Vista, CO.
