WHITE CHICKEN CHILI
Sauté 3 large chopped onions
add 2TBSP oregano & 1 TBSP garlic
add 4-5 cups of chunk chicken
add one can of white beans (drained)
add one can green chilies
10 cups chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste
simmer 1 hour
